Meet The Mentors
Shahinaz Elhennawi
is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Spiritual Peace Coach, and the DEIB Chair of ICF Central Florida, with 14 years as an ICF coach. She is the founder of an ICF CCE-accredited Spiritual Life Coaching Certification, where she trains coaches to integrate spirituality, meaning, and ethical presence into their work. Her focus is the inner ground of coaching: ethical presence, spiritual depth, and the inner peace that allows a coach to hold transformational conversations with clarity and integrity.
Yomna Yousef
is a Master Accredited Coach (MAC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and the Director of Community & Engagement for The Universal Coaching Alliance. Yomna has over 9 years of coaching experience and 4,000+ hours spent training, mentoring, and supervising coaches — her focus is the craft itself: self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and the structural skills that make coaching work.
Together, they mentor from both ends — the structural foundations of coaching and the credentialing depth that comes from having guided hundreds of coaches through it themselves.
