Jody Conway
is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and the Secretary of ICF Central Florida.
Jody specializes in leadership and executive coaching through the lens of the whole person. With over 2,000 coaching hours and several decades in higher education and business.
As a Mentor Coach and ICF trained Assessor, Jody is committed to shaping coaches and leaders who spark lasting, meaningful transformation.
Yomna Yousef
is a Master Accredited Coach (MAC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Yomna has over 9 years of coaching experience with 2,000+ coaching hours and 4,000+ hours spent training, mentoring, and supervising coaches — her focus is the craft itself: self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and the structural skills that make coaching work.
Together, they mentor from both ends — the structural foundations of coaching and the credentialing depth that comes from having guided hundreds of coaches through it themselves.
